Hohoho! Lately I bought a messenger bag for myself (since now I got my own fixed gear).
This bag is a crossover project between local brand LordTown and Taiwan brand Matchwood.

the back of the bag also got 2 pockets!

Well, I really love the big space and all the compartment inside this messenger bag, is really useful and easy carry ^^

Me and my friends (lomo gang), we all having a short trip and escape to this beautiful island call Pulau Perhentian. This is my 1st time visit to this beautiful island, thanks to Dick and Xiang organized this trip and we really enjoy this trip to the max! ^^

Finally I got my 2nd SLR camera - Olympus OM-1n.
I waited almost 1 year for this camera, and a big thanks to my friend, Mun How~
who help me bring bac far away from US ^^

Here got some pic I took for my 1st roll by using OM-1n,
In the same time, is also my 1st time trying this slide film call Fujichrome MS100/1000.

Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat ("City Temple") is a vast temple complex near Siem Reap, about 200 miles from the capital of Phnom Penh in Cambodia. Built in the 12th century by the king of the prosperous Khmer empire, Angkor Wat was built as a royal temple dedicated to a Hindu deity. After the city of Angkor fell to invaders, Angkor Wat receded into the jungle but continued as a Buddhist temple and a pilgrimage site over the centuries. Angkor Wat is the best preserved example of Khmer architecture in Cambodia and is so grand in design that some rank it among the Seven Wonders of The World.

Erm... too bad that I'm not feeling well, so the pic I took is so little only >.< (I think I eat something wrongly there)
Some more Angkor Wat now is underconstruction... every where is covered by the green thing, a lots of the statue and a wall already replaced with new one... really dissapointed >.<

We wake up early morning 4:30am for waiting this sunrise at Angkor Wat.

Is really a very nice spot for sunrise.
And is a lots of people here too! (too bad i forgot to take a picture of those crowd at there.)
They some more provide chair and coffee for $1

They call this The Library.
And I love this shot!

Behind Guanyin Ma is one of four corner towers of the central temple.
The local people said we got luck, because that day we visit, is the 1st day they open for public to climb up there for visit.

We didn't climb up, because there got too many people and tourists waiting there to go up.
We just take some pics at downstairs.
You see, KahGiap and YingTze look so tiny when standing behind the huge wall!

After that we walk around inside of the temple, and we found this very nice spot.
Erm... a place like "swimming pool"?
still is incredible condition, considering that it is almost 1,000 years old.

Before we left Angkor Wat, KahGiap received a sms from Reinert,
he told us that we might can see the Solar Eclipse that time, so I just pull out a bit of film,
and look at the sun... and IS REALLY SOLAR ECLIPSE HAPPENING!!!
Just too bad we don have better equipment to shoot the Solar Eclipse >.<

Next temple to visit, The Jungle Temple of Beng Mealea.

The Baphuon

Ha, I'm so happy that actually really got people read my blog recently.
So I decided continue write a bit about The Baphuon before we continue with the photos:

"The Baphuon temple was built by King Udayadityavarman II in the 11th century. It is located within Angkor Thom, near the Royal Palace. In fact, when the Baphuon was built, there was no Angkor Thom yet. At the time of its completion in 1060, the Baphuon was the largest temple of its time, surpassed only when Angkor Wat was built a century later. The walls of Angkor Thom was also built much later, with the Bayon temple added in around then."

The place Guanyin Ma & YingTze standing is actually entrance gate to The Baphuon Temple.

All the temple wall collapsed into itself due to its massive weight and to rain that filter through its stones.

Although already collapsed... and now become a quite nice spot for photo shooting.

And here is this, The Baphuon Temple.
Before I reach here, I actually took a long long way from bridge that link to here.
(but i forgot to take the picture of the bridge >.<) By the 20th century, much of the temple had largely collapsed, they now still doing the restoring work, putting the pieces back together again.
The Baphuon also knew as the world's biggest jigsaw puzzle in stone.
They had to piece together 300,000 pieces of this monumental jigsaw puzzle.

1 of the Apsara I found between all this stones and stones.

After that we continue walk, and we visited to this, Terrace of the leper king.

And we follow a hidden passageway (look like a maze), inside here we can see a lots of Apsaras and Nagas occupy the seven metre high wall face and still in a very good condition.

LOL... Guanyin Ma also found that 1 piece of the Apsara carvings on the front wall of The Leper King Terrace already lost!

Ok, Lets head to the next temple, the spectacular temple of Angkor Wat!!!

The Bayon Temple

"The Bayon Temple, represents the intersection of heaven and earth.

Bayon is known for its huge stone faces of the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, with one facing outward and keeping watch at each compass point. The curious smiling image, thought by many to be a portrait of Jayavarman himself, has been dubbed by some the "Mona Lisa of Southeast Asia." There are 51 smaller towers surrounding Bayon, each with four faces of its own."

Ok, actually the text you just read is copy from some where in google. ^^
you know i can't write so well and so details right? hahahaha...

Just wanna share some information details about Bayon before you start viewing the pics below:

Hooi & WeiWei at the South Gate Angkor Thom.

Take a look nicely on the 7th statue, the head looks different from others rite?
because they replace the statue with a new head already.

is only a gate of entrance, but they build it so nicely

I climb up to the wall of the gate and here is the side of the gate.
and actually when see we see inside the top of the gate, got a lot of bats hanging up there.

After a short distance of driving, and here we reach at The Bayon Temple.
you can see that is a lots of people hanging around there visiting this place.

erm... Hooi and WeiWei acting Bollywood style?

Cambodia, The Land of Wonders.

Wondering where we traveling lately?
Yup, we just visited to The Land of Wonders, Cambodia!

Erm... I'm not so good in writing,
So I think is better to let the photos to do the 'telling story' job ^^

Well, here is the member who joining this trip to Cambodia, Hooi, WeiWei, KahGiap, YingTze and my lovely gf Guanyin Ma.

Let's take a snap before the flight take off.

Good Morning Cambodia!

Landed safely at Siem Reap Airport.
Blue sky, warm sunlight, windy air... really a great time for travel and shooting around.

Behind us is Angkor Voyage Villa, cheap and nice place, recommended.

The 1st lunch we having in Cambodia, just too bad I forgot the name of the restaurant, the food there is very nice and delicious! Specially the local pork rice I order, really love the taste.

After lunch, we take a walk around the area we staying and visited the Old Market.

We saw a lots of very creative and nice recycle bag, I love the graphic they using.
(actually the material is made from the rice bag)

Local Traditional Puppet, very details very interesting.

The street near to Angkor Voyage Villa.
Around here got a lots of guest house and restaurants, so is very convenience.

The other street around Angkor Voyage Villa.
Before we take this shoot, actually got a lots of bikes, motors and cars drive thru, and is very dusty.

Sleeping cat... Cats, you can see them every where.

One of the evening sunset shot inside the guest house we staying.

Guess what? Fish massage is now very popular there, we can see it every where in the town.

GUNDAM EXIA (BB ver.)

Since I interested on coloring and repaint figure lately, and at the same time I also bought a GUNDAM MARKER Pen to try it out ^^ (I feel like wanna draw those line for long long time jor)

I bought this BB Gundam Exia from Bandai warehouse sales. Is quite cheap, so thinking to buy it and try to learn how to draw those details line. Luckily my office, got 1 guy very good in Gundam, so i ask him to teach me how to draw those lines so make it more nicer!

and guess what?
after draw out those line on the model kit, is really looks more nicer than before!!!

Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen - Skids (Repaint)

Now I found out that, re-painting figure is very interesting and very fun work to do ^^
specially when after finishing re-paint the figure, really feel so satisfied and feel so happy!!!

Here goes my 1st re-paint figure i done lately, TF2 - SKIDS!!!

Thanks to Keith who teach me how to re-painting! He teach me how to re-paint some part of the figure, so it won look so plastic. I didnt re-paint the whole thing, I only re-paint back the metal part, try to make it look more solid! and try to come out the metal looking on his body and machine part.

ok, honestly this year STGCC'09 i bai jia a bit 'more' than last year... but i really happy bai jia this time ^^
i bought few very cute designer toys, some more i got chance to let them signature on it ^^

for those who got watch Transformers 2 movie, sure can easily recognize this cute little Ice-Cream truck ^^

this Ice-Cream truck is the very 1st item i get in STGCC! Guess what? it already sold out before the event open for public
(I'm so lucky to get 1 of this, because after i bought this, i saw others toy booth selling a lots expensive than the price i get)

Yeah, 2 robots combine into 1 vehicle, Skids and Mudflap!
(i think i will re-paint some of the part of them ^^)

2nd item i love most is this... Winson Classic Creation - Adam Kingdom. Adam!!!
(so happy for the big signature on the box ^^)

The design is base on his hand made 12" Apexpolorers ADAM.

This year Singapore Toy, Games & Comic Convention 2009 (STGCC) i having a lots of fun~! (although i go there is for working)

The best part is, i can meet up with a lots of friends and very cool designers! Also really very happy to make some new friends such like Winson and Little Thunder ^^ u guys really awesome~

erm... most of the time i spend is inside Suntec City, i didnt manage to visit or walk around in Singapore this time... but after work, when i walk back to hotel, found that Singapore really a nice place to longboarding! hahahaha...

phew... now only i realize been quite long time i didnt update my blog since i quit my previous job,
and i think most of u guys know i already working in new place with new job ^^

i work there for almost 3 years... and now become part of my memory...

Revenge Of The Fallen - STARSCREAM!!!

YES!!! IS STARSCREAM AGAIN!!! ^^

Ok, this TF2 Starscream almost look alike same as the version of TF1, but actually this version is upgraded! ^^
They improved quite a lots in this version (compare with TF1 version), specially the way how Starscream transform and also the body thickness of Starscream finally reduced!!!

Overall I'm quite ok with this TF2 version... just abit disappointed with the movement it can pose... specially the leg and the hand... although they got improve the huge canon hand into claw, but still too bad the finger cant move~

ok, here is the pics:

The TF1 Starscream is Takara Version, so TF2 also ^^ (actually only add on the sticker on the box >.<)

The box is also improved! (easier to open ^^)

the most interesting part that impress me is the gear on the chest, it really can MOVE!

Natura Classica, my 1st test roll with KODAK EBX (my favorite slides ^^)
erm... what can I said? the 1st try out is totally very OK!!!
(but got few pcs is under expose >.<)

after work, went to KLCC to burn the 1st test roll ^^

this 1, I'm trying the focusing, and the depth.

and also try out the colorful object, such like fruits and vege~

as usual, 1 of my favorite angle, shoot on the floor.

Rule 9, shoot from the hip.

oh yeah, this Re:S magazine very nice! (but kinda expensive, and I cant read Jpn >.<)

although is far on top of me, but the details still can see it clearly!!!

trying out the vignette.

erm... this year I'm going to get 1 of this, kekeke...

...for the 1st test out, overall... I'M LOVIN IT!!!

老港……

星期日，我回去老港扫墓去……老港，是森美兰州的一个小小镇。（PasirPanjang）

以前小时候一个充满回忆的老地方……

由于多年前，外太公与外太婆都去世了，都好几年我都没回过去了。

这次的回去，发现到很多东西都变了，熟悉的老港，变得陌生了……

老港，我回来了。

天气晴朗，由于不是清明的正日，所以不怎么热闹的。

孩子们拜拜祖先……

太阳越来越晒了……

还有人放鞭炮呢！

我们一家人，任务完成啦！

这就是老港的老家 (以前不是这样的……）

我最喜欢这里，天井！小时候，下雨天喜欢在这里跑来跑去的。

以前，过年过日，都会从关丹回到老远的老港去，那里充满了童年的回忆，

小时候，和亲戚们一起游戏，在老港的家跑来跑去，

晚上，一家人聚在一起，喝茶谈天,还有每小时会响起来的老古董钟。

现在都变成回忆了。

老港，不再是我熟悉的那个老港了。

日晕：Solar Halo

星期天，在家无所事事的，所以就决定去纪伊国屋书店（Kinokuniya） 看看书。

当我们走下楼去拿车子时，我抬头一望…… 天啊！尽然有日晕 (Solar Halo)咧！！
更本没有考虑的余地，马上立刻的冲上楼，把相机拿下来拍几张再说！！

拿起了数码相机拍了几张，可是眼见日晕越来越淡了，也就快要消失了~
而且还要对着中午高高挂的太阳拍照，真不容易啊！
由于太阳太强烈了，太刺眼了！就随手拍了几张～

没拍摄太阳的经验，照片的素质很差，看看就好，别取笑我！
（不好意思，镜头很肮脏，所以照片出现了很多"黑粒点")
真是不好意思！！ >.<

碰巧宝丽来也拿在手中，难得一见的奇景，就干脆烧一张吧！

肉眼可以容易看见的彩色环形围绕着太阳！

当我一抬头是，就是先看见这彩色的环形！

稍微还可以隐隐约约看见绕着太阳的环状～

慢慢的，日晕消失了……

刚才百度一下，才发现原来3月14日2009年，
深圳和漳州也同样在中午的天空上出现日晕！

（虽然这不是我第一次看见日晕，可是却是第一次把日晕拍下来呢！^^）

for those who visited to my Kuantan house b4,
sure u guys taste b4 my mom's cooking, rite? ^^

last last weekend, i went back to Kuantan for public holiday,
and my uncle bought us some prawns and crabs!
so my mom cook us delicious home made sea food!!!

mom make the dinner in steamboat way,
so tat those kids can eat fish and meat balls ^^
（some of them allergic with seafood)

oh yeah, my mom also got made some dumplings ^^

Telok Kalong again!!!

After breakfast at Hai Peng coffee house, and since we at Kemaman,
so i decided bring my family visit to TELOK KALONG!!!

thanks to Ah Sui Gor, last time bring us LOMO gang to this such lovely beach~!

Telok Kalong, also located in Kemaman, and near to some industri area.
I love this beach so much, not many ppl know bout this place...
so the beach is very clean! and the sea water also very clear!
(the toilet there also the most CLEANEST public toilet in Terengganu, hahaha...)

...here we are, the clear blue sea, Telok Kalong.

u can see how clear and how blue is the sea rite?? damn refreshing!!!

erm... and no body around to disturb u, quiet and peaceful...

...listen to the wind and the wave... so relaxing la~
